Allowance Engine is software: a web interface that builds Solana transactions for your wallet to sign, an x402 facilitator that checks and relays payments signed by your agents' session keys and pays their network fees, and client files (SDK, MCP server, server helper). It deploys no program of its own: arms are ordinary USDC token accounts owned by your wallet. Using it means accepting these terms.
Every arm is owned by your wallet. Only you can give, refill or close it, or ink. You are responsible for your wallet, for every session key you create or authorise, and for the payments those keys make within the budget and the rules you set. A session key that pays its own network fee can send a transfer without the facilitator; then only the onchain budget limits it.
We never hold your funds or your keys. Nothing on this site is investment, legal or tax advice. We are not a broker, a bank or a payment institution. Prices returned by the demo endpoint come from Jupiter's public price API and may be delayed; the projects whose tokens are quoted are not affiliated with this one.
Payments the facilitator relays carry a relay fee of 0.5% in USDC, paid in the same transaction. Direct payments carry no relay fee. Opening an arm costs its rent (about 0.00204 SOL), returned when it is closed, and network fees in SOL.
Software can contain bugs. Networks can halt or degrade. Stablecoins can lose their peg or be frozen by their issuer. Endpoints you pay may not deliver what they promise. A transaction, once confirmed, cannot be reversed by us.
The facilitator and the site are provided as they are and may be unavailable. Your arms remain ordinary token accounts of your wallet: you can always revoke a delegate or close an arm with any Solana wallet or tool, without this site.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losses caused by keys, agents or endpoints you choose.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do.
