Allowance Engine has no accounts, no sign-up and no analytics. The site does not ask for your name or e-mail. When you connect Phantom or Solflare, your wallet address is sent to the site's server only to read your arms from the Solana network and to build the transactions you then sign in the wallet.
An arm's rules (its name, daily cap, allow-list, the session key's address and your wallet address) are stored by the site with your signature, because the facilitator checks them before it relays a payment. They contain no personal data beyond these addresses and the name you chose. Session key secrets generated in the app are shown once in your browser and never sent to us.
When an agent pays through /api/x402, the facilitator receives the signed transaction (arm, payee, amount, relay fee, memo), keeps a per-arm record of the day's relayed amounts to apply the daily cap, and submits the transaction to Solana. Beyond that, the hosting provider records every HTTP request (IP address, time, path) for a short period, for security.
Arms, budgets, delegates, payments and closings are Solana transactions. Anyone can read them, and they cannot be erased by us or by anyone else.
Your browser stores your accent colour. Nothing else is stored on your device by this site.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict and port personal data about you, and to object to its processing. The site holds wallet addresses with the rules signed for them and short-lived server logs; ask through the X account linked in the footer and we will answer and, where the law requires it, delete the stored rules (the arm then stops being relayed). Data written to the blockchain is outside our control. The legal basis for the rules is the service you request; for the server logs it is our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
We will update this page when the processing changes, with the date at the top.
